OUR STORY
Why Does Omnigage Exist?
Omnigage was born when two veterans in the communication technology industry saw the need to evolve the customer engagement experience.
Over four decades of combined experience, they worked with top financial firms around the world, and developed a deep understanding of the tools needed for:
OMNIGAGE WAS BORN WITH ONE CENTRAL GOAL:
To quantify client engagements with easy-to-use tools and accurate contact data.
OUR TEAM BELIEVES THAT THE SIMPLEST SOLUTION IS THE BEST ONE,
and we aimed to create a tool as nimble and relatable as you are.
YOUR CLIENTS DESERVE A TOOL THAT CAN SIMULTANEOUSLY STREAMLINE YOUR ORGANIZATION
and make your customers feel that they are receiving the personalized care of a human being, not a computer.
How are we different?
Omnigage Stands Out By:
Inviting your customer to participate in the process, providing invaluable information
Empowering you to communicate with customers based on their preferences, all in the same place
Utilizing smart analytics and consumer preferences to build the platform's intelligence over time and create engagement campaigns all on its own
